Missing parts
they done well and i think that things will be ok
They kept trying to scan the barcode on the bracelet because there ws nothing else in the package at all. When they finally gave up and come to me my daughter was almost crying because she thought she had done something wrong. They wanted it to be a surprise that she had gotten it. And then when I had to explain that there was no way that she was going to be able to track her animal because it was missing the key part that she needed to track it, it really upset her a lot.
My daughter had a suggestion, since the mistake was no fault of ours, that it would be really nice if you could send an extra bracelet to make up for the trouble that we have had.
If you can, we would like to get a lion. We would really like a tiger but I dont think you have those.

Lasted less than a month
My daughter has anintellectual disability and loves sea turtles. I ordered 2 bracelets one for my friend who is a teacher to do w/ her students and a sea turtle bracelet for my daughter.
Took forever to arrive daughter was thrilled at Christmas and shared her sea turtles location daily with her classmates.
Two days ago while getting off the bus it broke and went everywhere. We have 9 beads left I asked Fahlo if they could send me a sea turtle charm and received a definite NO!!!

I am disappointed because I cannot get in to my animals tracker. You sent me a number but I could not read it to put in the space provided and now I cannot get in to you site.
I am elderly and cannot move fast enough to put in the code numbers. I need them sent to my e-mail so I can enter them.
I also have been blocked so I cannot get to enter the code.
Please help me out. Thank you.

Havent received an order
I placed an order Uber a week ago and I paid extra shipping to make sure it was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas according to my informed delivery from the postal service. It was supposed to be delivered in my mailbox today.
Except it hasn't even left Georgia yet. No way to contact the company.
Because they don't have any phone number or email address. So I guess this is something they just do all the time Braces

Lost QR code
I explained that a QR code was lost for tracking an animal and knowing it's name. I didn't have much information on the item, because it was a gift.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received the QR code and name of the shark with no questions to answer. I enjoy tracking my animals and so do the people I have bought bracelets for as gifts.

Excellent service. Problem was resolved immediately.
My mom got a shark bracelet for her birthday and she lost the QR code to scan. I asked if she can she get one. The company sent me a new QR code along with a picture and name of her shark almost immediately.

Never get what I order
Complete crap shoot on what you recieve when you order from this company. I've ordered now three separate times and every time it's never right.
This latest was a Sloth and they sent a gorilla. These orders have been gifts for my granddaughters and everytime has been a disaster.

Feel hopeless.
I cannot reach customer support and the return policy is very dubious. There is no certainty as to whether they would even return the money.
The thing is they will, if within 30 days you pay for shipping, but they may not even give the money back.
And if they don't, there is no way to contact customer support. There are no phone numbers.

Resolved: Ordered 2 bracelets one bracelet was sent totally wrong bracelet
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Recd wrong bracelet in part of my order. Fahlo said I could keep the wrong bracelet and they then shipped me the correct bracelet that I ordered.
ordered the wander bracelet and the scout bracelet. did not receive the wander bracelet in keystone.
was sent the passage bracelet in pink instead. NOT WHAT I WANT AND WHAT WAS ORDERED.

Their bracelets break way too easily. I was walking at work and all of a sudden, it just snapped and beads went everywhere.
It was very embarrassing. Pretty product, but it breaks awfully easily.

They told me to call if I got a duplicate dolphin and that they would fix it
They told me if I got a duplicate dolphin to let them know and they would fix it but they answered my first message then ghosted me won't respond to my messages all I want is a replacement card that's not a duplicate but they are now ignoring me
